With some areas that are overpopulated a modular home may be just the answer to the housing shortgage. A brick home will take more time to build whereas a modular home can be built in a matter of weeks instead of months and transported to the area the homeowner chooses.
Another advantage of deciding on a modular home is that you can add sections or an entire floor in less time than building onto a traditional home. Because a modular home is constructed with screws instead of nails this gives a more secure feeling and makes the home stronger than other methods of construction. Modular homes are another alternative to living in a brick or mobile home and additions can be added.
