Typical Floor Plan A: Twenty-two units per floor, four stories, 86 total units per building
Typical Floor Plan B: Thirty-four units per floor, four stories, 134 total units per building
Typical Floor Plan C: Seventy-eight units per floor, four stories, 310 total units per building

Description
This is a system of prefabricated stacking volumetric modules, two rooms wide, constructed of light gauge steel framing.

Stock Plans
Seventeen CADD drawings and text explain the pro forma, the nature and circumstances of the project and its context, construction and layout. The design drawing set includes three alternative typical floor plans, three alternative elevations, three unit types, and two different unit configurations for each unit type and a typical exterior wall section.
