The 400 SF (39m2) units are arranged side by side and back to back in a barracks configuration. A new approach to master planning and construction phasing for disaster housing is documented. These low cost units are first used as emergency housing for disaster recovery and then used as permanent housing for very low income families in new, integrated, efficient and sustainable neighborhoods and communities. Six CADD drawings and text explain the layout and use of the system. One prototype land use and infrastructure plan for quick delivery of new, efficient and sustainable disaster relief-recovery neighborhoods, communities and towns. One prototype disaster housing block plan, one six unit floor plan, one building section, and two elevations plus text explain the layout, construction and alternative uses of the system. The six unit floor plan drawing illustrates four different apartment configurations and the use of modular bathrooms. Click here to order Built By WebSight design |
