Description
In both size and price the Narrow Site Houses start where the Cottage Houses leave off. All models have a built in two-car garage. The garage can face the street with front door on the side or the garage can face an alley with front door facing a street or a pedestrian way. All models can fit free standing on a lot 28 ft. (8.6m) wide or they can fit zero lot line on a lot 25 ft. (7.7m) wide.

Stock Plans
Forty AutoCAD 14 drawings document the layout, construction and use of the Affordable Narrow Site Houses system and various site planning and design issues depending upon intended application. The design drawing set includes first, second and third floor plans, roof plan, cross section and four elevations for four different models, free standing and zero lot line.
