Description
This is a system of 4 ft. x 8 ft. exterior and interior wall panels plus clear span floor and roof trusses all constructed of light gauge steel framing. All models have a built in two-car garage. The garage faces the street with entry on the side. All can fit free standing on a lot 28 ft. (2.65m) wide. The Up-Scale Infill Houses are one step up from the Affordable Narrow Site Houses, just a little larger with just a little more space, amenity and cost.

Stock Plans
Twenty-eight AutoCAD 14 drawings and text explain the layout, construction and use of the system. The design drawing set includes first, and second floor plans, two cross sections, one longitudinal section and four elevations for each model.
