Description
This is a system of prefabricated full wall panels, interior and exterior, coupled with prefabricated clear span floor and roof trusses all constructed of light gauge steel framing. Quite large houses fit on very small lots and achieve very high densities. The Z Lot Courtyard Houses are one step up from the Up-Scale Infill Houses, just a little larger with just a little more space, amenity and cost.

Stock Plans
Forty AutoCAD 14 drawings and text explain the layout, construction and use of the system. The design drawing set includes first, second and third floor plans, three sections, and four elevations for each of the four models. Each model has a different massing and roof form.
